To provide educational resources to our members in the areas of disability, absence, health, and productivity. The mission will be met
through international, regional and state chapters, annual conferences, publications, training programs, and practical tools.
Goal Statement
The primary goal of DMEC is to assist employers in developing cost-saving programs, encouraging responsive market products, and
returning employees to productive employment.

Service excellence will be assured by adhering to the highest principles of integrity, honesty, and ethical standards.
The Minnesota Chapter supports the National DMEC by providing
education and networking opportunities that will assist employers to understand best practices, identify resources and
to develop cost-savings programs that will facilitate employees to return to productive employment.
DMEC is a non-profit, professional association dedicated to the advancement of all aspects of disability and absence management.
Since 1992, we have provided education, networking, tools and resource materials to thousands of corporate professionals.
